When you call Oil Services South West Ltd. you will be greeted with a friendly service over the phone either speaking to one of our engineers directly if they are back at ‘HQ’ or speaking to Chris – one of the directors – who manages to admirably and efficiently organise the world of OSSW (no mean task!) Although we are not able to operate a 24-hour breakdown call-out service, the combination of our manned-telephones during the working day and our out-of-hours answer phone means we will get to you if you have a breakdown ideally the same day or the next working day.
Comprehensive Stock of Spares
With our extensive supply of spares on all our vans and in our central store, 95% of problems will be fixed within a single call-out.
Warranty Work & Working With Leading Manufacturers
We are registered as A-rated Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd. Warranty Engineers, among other boiler manufacturers, so often work closely and in line with manufacturers on their warranty call-outs for our area.
It is not unusual for other trades to request our assistance in fault-finding and rectification. We are chosen by several boiler manufacturers to fault-find and repair under their warranty schemes on their behalf. We offer the same service to our private clients.
Extreme Conditions
With the past few winters being rather harsh, Oil Services South West Ltd. now even has a multi-terrain 4 x 4 vehicle in it’s fleet for not only helping to keep our engineers out on the road potentially safer during the particularly extreme weather, but also to help us get to you if you have a problem and road conditions and/or access is bad.
